Read Chapter 3, Chapter 4, and Chapter 5 of Frankenstein's book. Answer the following questions once you finish reading.
How does Victor approach his studies at the University of Ingolstadt? How is this approach different from your approach to your studies? How does Victor choose a mentor? Do you have a mentor? How would your studies be different if your mentoring-situation were different?
Does Victor use both human and animal material in making his creature? What is the textual evidence, one way or the other? Does it matter to your understanding of the creature’s status if it has animal as well as human parts? Does it matter to your understanding of contemporary human beings if doctors repair their hearts with valves from pigs or transplant baboon hearts into their chests? What about plastic valves, metal joints, or artificial hearts? What about artificial brains?
Parenthood can be emotionally challenging, as exemplified by the prevalence of post-partum depression among new mothers. Victor also falls ill in the wake of his animation of the creature, and his friend Henry Clerval nurses him back to health. Why in this period, which goes on for many months, does Victor completely ignore the creature’s disappearance? What is his emotional state during this time, and in what ways is he like or unlike a parent?

1 question: How does Victor approach his studies at the University of Ingolstadt? How is this approach different from your approach to your studies? How does Victor choose a mentor? Do you have a mentor? How would your studies be different if your mentoring-situation were different?
Victor decides to leave his family to start his university in Ingolstadt, where you can see that he focuses so much on his university studies that he leaves aside his family, friends, social life, among other things. In the meantime, he focuses more on discovering the secret of life. However, Victor focuses his studies towards the mystery of the creation of life and it is in this way that he begins to study how the human body is built (anatomy) and how it is destroyed (death).
2 question: Does Victor use both human and animal material in making his creature? What is the textual evidence, one way or the other? Does it matter to your understanding of the creature’s status if it has animal as well as human parts? Does it matter to your understanding of contemporary human beings if doctors repair their hearts with valves from pigs or transplant baboon hearts into their chests? What about plastic valves, metal joints, or artificial hearts? What about artificial brains?
Actually, Victor did use parts from other humans to create Frankestine. However, I feel that it is a common thing that animal parts are used in the medical field, and if you ask me, I think we are all animals and if maybe those parts can help us for our health and save us I think it is not wrong. As long as animals do not die for this and they are not sacrificed because they are living beings like us and I do not think it is fair to kill them for a profit.
3 question: Parenthood can be emotionally challenging, as exemplified by the prevalence of post-partum depression among new mothers.
At first I feel that Victor didn't pay attention to the disappearance of the child because he was so depressed about creating a monster that he didn't even care and that usually happens when we don't feel good. On the other hand, I feel that this is related to the relationship with his father since he was very distant with Victor and possibly created certain voids in him.

Two years pass while Victor Frankenstein studies at the University of Ingolstadt, where his love of scientific knowledge grows into an obsession. A great story never happens by chance – it takes strategic thinking, a carefully developed narrative and a well-researched plot to make sense. It's what we call the 'Frankenstein Approach'. We're Mary Shelley creating Dr Frankenstein, who in turn gives life to his own monster who he unleashes on the world. After he begins his study of natural philosophy, how does Victor feel about M. Waldman? Victor says he regards Waldman as "a true friend." I dont have a mentor or i do not belive i have one because it is a dificult task to find a apropiet mentor. my studies would be a lot better because it would be a great support.
no, he only used human parts. "he dug up parts of deseced human graves" he does not use the parts of the animal since they are not compatable with the human body
parenthood is the most important part of a chield hood, and in this case the chieldhood of Victor he did not have the father in his life and he was very distant so he had a lot of hard times growin up.
2. For the creation of this Victor if I use parts of other humans and things like screws and carnations to be able to bring this one to life, I think this can give a look a little closer to a monster.
3. I think that when he saw that the monster disappeared, he was relieved of that, since in the end he had created a creature with the shape and body of a monster and I think that for this reason he acted the same as his father

Because it was a waste of time for him to spend time with the alchemists. He had different interests and he had a lot of anxiety thinking in his experiment
I don’t consider that mixing body parts should be that relevant and can be useful for experiments, in my contemporary understanding I consider that transplant of that type is ridiculous because one thing is experimenting and another completely different thing is to try to transplant to living humans
He is like a parent because he create him, in the other hand he is not a parent because him didn’t give birth to the creature or even help to it
Victor gets in shock after his creation
He isn’t able to handle that much information

After Caroline's death, the best thing for him was to continue his studies, because she had asked him to do so but for him it was not the most important thing, because I feel that he did not have the essence of life yet and it was there that he began his project to create a "new human" it was in chapter 5 that he managed to give him life but had created
